1. Standard Returns

Items from our signature collections may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Process: Please contact us through our Contact Page to initiate a return authorization.

 

2. Custom "You Create It" Design Process

Our custom design journey is a collaborative partnership between you and our master goldsmiths to ensure your vision comes to life perfectly.

• Design Stage: You will work directly with our goldsmith to conceptualize, refine, and finalize your unique design.

• Approval & Quote: Once the design and final quote are signed off on, the design is considered finalized.

• Payment: Payment is required in full upon final sign-off. This allows us to secure the necessary materials and begin the handcrafting process for your piece.

• Final Sale: Because custom pieces are handcrafted to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable. However, we include a craftsmanship guarantee to ensure the piece meets the agreed-upon design.

 

3. Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

• Signature Pieces: Typically ship within 3-5 business days.

• Custom Pieces: Once your custom design is built, it will be shipped to you via insured courier at no additional cost.
